Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is a 2 day training course that looks at how to help a person who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis. The course covers;

- Stigma and Discrimination, suicidal crisis
- Anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders and self-harm
- Psychosis, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
